A three-storey residential building with 60 apartments

The project was developed under a federal program of resettlement of slum housing. Complex layout of the building is dictated by the need to provide the customer with 60 different (!!!) in size with a tolerance of 2 apartments (4) square. meter.

The bulk of the housing stock in the building will be a studio apartment area of 24 square meters.
